Online Applications are invited from the candidates of all recognised Board / Council qualifying H.S. or equivalent (10+2) examination for admission into the listed Under Graduate Courses for Admission. A candidate may be admitted to the first year of four year B.A. / B. Sc. / B. Com (Major & 3 Year UG) courses of studies on passing H.S. (10+2) examination conducted by West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or an equivalent examination conducted by other State Board / Council fulfilment of the conditions mentioned below: Please see the list of Board or Council recognised by our University before online application. Only the State & National Level Board in Regular Mode will be allowed to take admission in Hons. courses. No candidate shall be allowed for admission after a lapse of more than 2 years from the year of passing (excluding the current year) the previous qualifying examination or discontinuation of recognized regular courses of study after passing the previous qualifying examination. Candidates qualifying in(10+2) Exam with English as a subject of the West Bengal State Council for Vocational Education & Training are eligible to apply for the 3 Year UG Course Only.
Merit List Logic
For Major Course will be prepared on the basis of Aggregate of Best Four Subject excluding Environmental Studies plus (+) Merit Subject. For 3 Year UG Course it will be prepared on the basis of Aggregate of Best Four Subject excluding Environmental Studies
Procedure for Application
Applicants are requested to first view the available Major subjects and 3 Year UG course along with combination subjects and require minimum qualifications.For application, applicant have to register first with his or her Name, H.S. Registration No or H.S. Roll No., H.S. passing year, H.S. Board, his or her own valid mobile number, Date of Birth, Nationality, State. After Registration, applicant will receive a confirmation SMS along with the Application ID and Password in his/her registered mobile no. Applicant have to login with the provided application ID and Password. Applicant have to provide his personal details like guardian name, full address, category, etc. Applicant have to provide Academic details i.e. all marks obtained along with the H.S. subjects. After confirming the details, applicant have to pay the requisite application fess through online mode.
Online Submission of Application Form
Applications are to be submitted along with self-attested passport-sized photo. No hard copy or Application Form are accepted to the College Office directly. Application Fee is no required as per government guidelines.Please note Anti Ragging Proforma to be downloaded from the website and to be submitted to the College office at the time of admission duly filled and signature by the student and parents.
Changing Major Subject or 3 Year UG Course will be allowed only if seats remains vacant or College authority allows.
Cancellation of Candidature
At the time of Certificate verification if any information provided at the time of online form fill up found incorrect or payment confirmation is not matched then the candidature will be cancelled. After admission in each course of study, if any student remain absent from the classes continuously for seven days at a stretch or for a total of Fifteen days (intermittent) during the first one month of her admission to the course of studies without assigning reasons acceptable to the College authority, his / her studentship will be terminated and her name will be automatically struck off the rolls.
